| John – I have some bad news. For the last campaign filing period, from May 25-June 30, my Democrat opponent raised $328,000. Yes, you read that right. He raised hundreds of thousands of dollars in a little more than one month. Clearly, Joe Cunningham is using the momentum from his primary win to pull in donors from all over the country to defeat me. But that’s not all, John. Joe Cunningham outraised me by over $100,000!  Will you help us pick up the pace so I’m not outraised again? Any amount you can send – whether it’s $5, $10, $25, or even $50 – will help us catch up. Democrats are determined to defeat me.
