John, so many of us have first-hand experience of the personal and painful struggle to find and align with allies, connect with community, and live as our authentic selves.
Today’s students are experiencing the same struggle—while also fighting against waves of coordinated aggression and violence from legislators.

Our students are being used as pawns in the anti-LGBTQ+ political agendas advancing across the country.

When they should be celebrating a return to in-person learning or getting excited for graduation, they are instead fending off attacks and harassment that are being written into local and state laws including banning books, destroying symbols of freedom, negating families, and disbanding GSAs.

GLSEN is here to ensure these students have someone fighting on their behalf so they can focus on being students.
