After weeks of testimony from national security officials, foreign policy experts, and witnesses with direct knowledge of Trump’s quid-pro-quo involving Ukraine, the House Intelligence Committee has concluded that Donald Trump solicited foreign interference to undermine our elections.

But that’s not all: My colleagues also uncovered evidence that ties Rep. Devin Nunes, the top Republican on the committee, to Rudy Giuliani and his recently-indicted associate, Lev Parnas.

Call records show that Rep. Nunes, Guliani, and Parnas were in frequent communication in the days and weeks leading up to Guliani’s trip to Ukraine to dig up dirt on Joe Biden and his very public smear campaign against the former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine, Marie Yovanovitch. Nunes has no business serving on the House Intelligence Committee.
