If you’ve driven on Colorado’s roads or tried to connect to the internet on the western slope you know - our infrastructure needs repair.
This has been a focus for Democrats throughout Colorado - rebuilding our roads, creating affordable housing, providing resources for K12 schools, ensuring access to broadband, and creating a sustainable environment for the future.
And we’ve made progress. Over the past four years, the Treasury has financed $1.7 billion for transportation system improvements, $645 million for grants for K12 schools , and facilitated property tax deferrals for seniors and active military members.
