Democrats are losing support from Latino communities across the country. Recent polls and surveys with Latino voters have suggested that Latinos increasingly feel like Democrats are not reaching out effectively—and many are losing confidence in the Democratic Party’s ability to manage the economy and get inflation under control.

We cannot allow that to happen here. Campaigns like ours are working to reach out to these communities and keep our coalition strong so that we can defeat anti-democracy Republicans this November.

In 2020 we received more votes than any Democrat since the district was gerrymandered in 2010, largely thanks to our efforts to earn the Latino vote. In 2022, we are doubling down on these efforts.

When it comes to hiring organizers, and building the authentic, multiracial, multigenerational coalition that can win, we don’t have any time to waste.

As a campaign that believes in fair wages for all of our staffers - its not cheap to hire, train, and deploy Spanish-speaking grassroots organizers to go door to door throughout Douglas County and across Colorado's Eastern Plains.
