Meeting this moment requires that we pass bold federal legislation with intersectional climate solutions to accelerate the transition to a more just, equitable, and sustainable economy. The deadline is fast approaching for a comprehensive federal climate reconciliation package to pass this Congress.
It is essential that this legislation upholds the Justice40 initiative to invest in communities that have been historically overburdened by pollution, provides tax incentives for clean energy and other pro-environmental sectors, and puts us on the path towards cutting greenhouse gas emissions while gaining energy independence.
Speakers Leah Donahey, Federal Advocacy Campaigns Director League of Conservation Voters, as well as Katie Blume, Political Director Conservation Voters of PA, will share what’s happening and how you can help.
