This is alarming: Map manipulators (and the right-wing justices who enable them) have helped GOP state legislators attain the power to impose draconian abortion bans – even when most of their constituents support reproductive freedom!

In states like Wisconsin and Michigan, unfair districts have so skewed the balance of power that one expert argued “gerrymandering really is the primary reason that abortion is likely to be illegal.”
