The contest in Virginia’s 2nd Congressional district is starting to heat up. In the race between Rep. Elaine Luria and Jen Kiggans , one thing is clear: on the issues that matter to Virginians, there’s no mistaking the obvious choice.

Here’s a bit about both candidates…

Rep. Elaine Luria is a 20-year Navy veteran , with a record of distinguished and barrier breaking service.
Jen Kiggans was caught plagiarizing an opinion article written by… Congresswoman Elaine Luria.

Rep. Elaine Luria is a member of the bipartisan January 6 Committee , designed to uncover the origins of the January 6th Insurrection.
Jen Kiggans pushes dog-whistle “culture war” issues , like Critical Race Theory and ‘divisie concepts’ laws, in attempts to divide Virginians.

Rep. Elaine Luria is a Pro-Choice Democrat who will always fight for a woman’s right to choose.
Jen Kiggans follows Glenn Youngkin’s lead on abortion , labeling abortion as “infanticide” and comending the Supreme Court’s decision on Roe v Wade.
