Dear John,
Labor productivity – also known as workforce productivity – is defined as real economic output per labor hour. It is directly linked to improved standards of living.
Unfortunately, a new Fraser Institute study out today finds that Australians enjoy higher labour productivity growth — and living standards! — than Canadians.
In recent years, Australia has done a better job capitalizing on its natural resources than Canada –particularly when it comes to improvements in their mining and energy sector.
Learn more by checking out the full study here.
Sincerely,
Niels Veldhuis
