Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas has allowed illegal immigrants to pour across our southern border, which threatens our national security and is costing lives. Earlier this month in our home state of Texas, more than 50 illegal immigrants were found dead in a tractor-trailer outside of San Antonio. This marked the single deadliest human smuggling incident in American history. His failure to secure the border and enforce immigration laws has made our country a much more dangerous place. My colleagues and I are discussing impeaching Secretary Mayorkas for his role in facilitating the invasion at our southern border.
