It's all over the news: over-the-counter access to birth control pills could happen within a year!

So what's happening now? The next step involves making the case! And some policymakers and members of the media want proof the current system isn't working first — they need to hear real stories about how requiring a doctor's visit and prescription is limiting access to The Pill, one of the safest and most studied medications on the planet.

• These stories will be used to build the case for over-the-counter access so we treat birth control pills just like they do in more than 100 countries — no prescription needed.
