Yesterday, Henry Cuellar stood with 16 Republicans at a press conference to push for the passage of a new NAFTA deal: USMCA.

Yet again, he was the lone Democrat in the mix.

This is yet another example of Henry Cuellar's brand of "bipartisanship": providing the "Democratic" stamp of approval to a Republican-led agenda. This is exactly why he's Trump's favorite Democrat. He continues to side with big corporate donors ahead of the people of our district.

Once again, he's ignoring the concerns raised by his fellow Democrats and labor and environmental activists.

Laredo is the largest trade port in the United States, so Jessica knows how important enacting a new NAFTA deal is for the people of our district. But we need a deal that puts the people first.

That's what we're demanding from Congress:

Add your name: Tell Congress not to pass USMCA without strong, enforceable labor and environmental standards. We cannot support this deal that would increase monopoly protections for drug manufacturers and raise prescription drug prices for the people.

Thank you for adding your voice on this important issue.

In solidarity,

Team Jessica
