I just got out of my weekly check-in with our finance team and I have some bad news to share with you:

We are only a handful of days into December, and not on pace to reach our most important FEC deadline of the year.

I'm a little worried because our race is a top target for my opponent Jason Lewis, Mitch McConnell, and their billionaire buddies who will spend whatever it takes to defeat me.

If our campaign doesn't post the strongest numbers possible, then I'm afraid Republican mega-donors and right-wing groups will think Minnesota is ripe for the taking.

That's why it's so important we hit these goals every single week through the end of the year. To compete with that kind of GOP cash, we need a surge of grassroots contributions from folks like you. So, I'm asking:

Can I count on you to donate toward our weekly goal of raising $20,000 before midnight on Sunday and helping us stay on track for our biggest FEC deadline yet? I wouldn't ask if it wasn't so important.
