Hi John, we’re just reaching out to make sure you saw Zoe’s email.

Tomorrow is Chris’s 38th birthday! To celebrate, we want to raise $3,800 to show him that we’re ready to win this race in November.

Chris is a fierce advocate for our common good, and he’s dedicated to fighting for western Pennsylvanian families and workers in Congress. Hitting our $3,800 goal gives us a chance to celebrate Chris’s hard work and show him that he has the full support of our grassroots team behind him.

John, we still need to raise $2,000 by tomorrow night to reach our goal. Can you chip in now to help us show Chris that we’re with him in this fight?

Thank you,

Team Deluzio

Subject: Shh… I need your help for a big surprise.

Hey there, it’s Zoe again, Chris’s wife. I’m reaching out because this Wednesday is Chris’s birthday!

He’s been so busy traveling throughout western Pennsylvania and meeting with voters that I think he might have forgotten – but I didn’t. Unlike yours truly, Chris doesn’t really like “things” and basically wears the same outfit every day, making him impossible to surprise. But I can’t think of a more perfect birthday gift than rallying some support to help Chris take on the radical right.

So, I’ve set a goal to raise $3,800 for Chris’s 38th birthday! This fundraising boost in the middle of the month will not only be a fun surprise for Chris, but it will also give Team Deluzio the momentum we need to finish July even stronger than we finished June.

Chris is all in on fighting for our common good, and never loses sight of what matters most. When he talks about fighting for our common good, he means fighting for a future where we manufacture more stuff right here in PA, health care isn’t a ripoff, the union way of life is protected, women and girls have the right to make decisions about their own bodies (which requires access to abortion and reproductive care), and mega-corporations pay their fair share.

He’s focused on getting to Congress to fight for working folks and families like ours across Beaver and Allegheny Counties. He works so hard day in and day out and, while I know he feels lucky to even have the chance to fight for all of us in Congress, I want to do something special to celebrate him this week.

If you support Chris like I do, then I hope you’ll take a moment to chip in ahead of his birthday. We won’t be able to reach our $3,800 goal without you!
