First and foremost, Ruben’s top priority is representing his constituents, winning re-election, and driving up turnout in his district to help Mark Kelly.

Period.

Priorities 1, 2 and 3.

But we get this question all the time: what happens if Ruben has leftover campaign contributions when the race is over? Can he use it if he chooses to primary Kyrsten Sinema?

The short answer is, yes.

Anything leftover can be used for his re-election in 2024, or it can be used in a campaign for any other federal office, including Senate.
