New federal legislation has just been introduced that would finally eliminate an oppressive tax on firearms and ammunition.



The "RETURN Our Constitutional Rights Act of 2022" would put an end to an 11% tax on the manufacture of guns and ammo.



This hidden tax, which has been in existence since the FDR Administration, keeps the retail price of guns & ammo artificially high.



Thus, in a hypothetical example, repeal of this tax could bring the retail price of a Glock pistol down as much as SIXTY DOLLARS!?



But that's not all, because this legislation would also remove the $200 tax stamp fee on NFA items!?

Although in an ironic twist, groups like the NRA and NSSF are opposing repeal of this tax because the theft money it generates goes to hunting activities.































This completely misses the point, which is that the Second Amendment was not drafted solely to protect hunting.











Unfortunately, it seems as though some are willing to negotiate rights away as long as the theft money goes toward where their bread is buttered.



That's why it's up to us ensure that this commonsense legislation passes the Congress and lowers the burden to you exercising your fundamental rights.
