I am outraged. We knew this was coming, but the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade is an attack on all of us.

This is a painful and scary moment in our nation’s history. Reproductive healthcare is a fundamental right and issue of bodily autonomy. Now is the time for action.

We must enshrine the rights that were protected by Roe v. Wade into law by passing the Women’s Health Protection Act.

When the Supreme Court’s decision was leaked, Democratic Leaders in the Senate immediately brought the Women's Health Protection Act to the Senate floor -- the vote to proceed failed 49 to 51.

We need at least two more senators who support protecting abortion rights and are willing to make sure it happens by fixing the broken filibuster rules.

We must expand our Senate majority so we can protect abortion rights.

Expanding our Senate majority starts with defending my vulnerable colleagues.

Senators Raphael Warnock, Mark Kelly, Catherine Cortez Masto and Maggie Hassan are all running against anti-choice MAGA Republicans who are being attacked with millions of dollars in negative ads.

We must also flip as many GOP seats as possible. John Fetterman, Val Demings, Tim Ryan, and Cheri Beasley are all running strong campaigns to flip Republican seats — but they can’t do it alone.

I know we can rally together and defend fundamental reproductive freedoms but we must act now.

Can you chip in $5 to expand Senate Democrats’ majority so we can pass the Women’s Health Protection Act and guarantee the right to a safe, legal abortion in federal law?
