John, our movement is growing!

Over the past few weeks Jamaal and our campaign has amassed a wave of support from unions and organizations all over New York.

🎉Here's our roster 🎉:

• Last Wednesday, the New York State Nurses Association (NYSNA) endorsed Jamaal's re-election campaign. NYSNA represents more than 42,000 nurses all across New York State, and is the largest union and professional association for NY nurses. 
• Then, on Friday, the United Retail, Wholesale and Department Store Union (RWDSU) endorsed our campaign. RWDSU represents more than 60,000 working employees nationwide, and they have a long and proven history of defending their workers rights. 
• Whatsmore, just this morning, the New York State United Teachers (NYSUT), the AFL-CIO- and NEA-affiliated teachers union, endorsed our campaign. As an educator, this endorsement is such an important honor. NYSUT represents more than 600,000 teachers in NY and the union as a whole is a stalwart in the fight for the interests of educators and students alike.

John, it's clear now more than ever how much support we have in this campaign and how much the state of New York believes in Jamaal. We can't help but say thank you, John. Without your consistent faith and support for Jamaal and our movement, NY-16 would be a very different place. But our hard work isn't anywhere near finished.

We have 33 days until early voting begins for our election — which means over the course of this next month, we need to step up and show out for our progressive movement.
