The Legislature is angrily defying the Supreme Court’s pro-Second Amendment ruling which means the pro-gun community is stepping up to PUSH BACK and we are pushing back HARD.
Not only is GOC moving forward with other 2A organizations against the egregious DOJ leak, but we are also coordinating in a new lawsuit: Governor Newsom recently signed AB 2571 which prohibits the firearms industry from advertising gun related products to minors, which impacts associations, camps, clubs, FFLs, hunter education, instructors, firearms trainers, youth organizations, ranges, and those who work in association with any youth shooting program — including firearm safety training. Any promotion of firearms to those under 18 years of age may lead to hefty fines of $25,000 per incident. This is an outrageous attack on the heritage of the shooting sports and GOC is ready to fight this in the courts alongside the California Rifle and Pistol Association and the Second Amendment Foundation.
