The upcoming election is going to be a big one for Iowa and for the rest of the country. We’ve got governor’s races, Senate races, competitive House seats, and countless state legislatures are up for grabs.

The Republicans in power aren’t providing any solutions to the real crises we face. They’re attacking our public schools. They’re going after reproductive rights. They’re making it harder to vote. 

We need serious lawmakers who want to deliver real results to working families. No more divisive culture wars. No more attacking our educators. It’s time for a change, John.

We must come together and get out the vote this November. That’s why I’m teaming up with State Senator Jackie Smith who is running for reelection right here in my hometown of Sioux City, Iowa.

Jackie has always been fighting the good fight for working families. She’s laser-focused on bringing down everyday costs for families, investing in our public schools and bringing good-paying jobs to our communities. Jackie’s got a tough reelection and we can’t afford to lose her voice in the Iowa Senate.
