** Merck Whistleblower Case Proceeds Toward a Resolution

As the Merck MMR whistle blower case proceeds toward a resolution that increasingly appears to spell doom for Merck’s scandal ridden MMRII blockbuster, HHS officials are scrambling to get Glaxo’s version of the MMR teed up to fill the coming vacuum.
Recap: Two senior Merck scientists, Stephen Krahling and Joan Wlochowski, filed their Federal whistleblower lawsuit in 2010 claiming Merck fraudulently added rabbit antibodies to human blood samples to gull FDA officials into believing the vaccine 95% effective and thereby win an MMR monopoly. When the scientists threatened to expose the fraud, Merck officials offered bribes, threatened them with prison and then destroyed the laboratory evidence in garbage bags.

** Institutional Inertia: Is Enough Being Done to Protect Children from Aluminum Toxicity?

Aluminum is highly toxic with very young children particularly at risk for negative health effects following exposure. Despite the widely-acknowledged threats to human health posed by aluminum, it continues to contaminate a variety of products routinely given to infants and preemies including infant formulas, parenteral nutrition systems, and vaccines.
According to one group of researchers, not only does aluminum constitute a “significant component of newborns’ exposure to xenobiotics and contaminants,” but the consequences of aluminum overload in the perinatal period can have pathological consequences that persist into adulthood. Why have regulators and manufacturers been largely tone-deaf to the crescendo of studies pointing to aluminum toxicity?

** Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is Master of Health's Person of the Year!

We are proud to announce that CHD Board Chair Robert F. ** Aluminium Adjuvants in Vaccines: Missing Information

** BMJ: Response to "New power versus old"

On November 21, the BMJ published an essay, “New power versus old: to beat antivaccination campaigners we need to learn from them ([link removed]) ” which featured the view that people who question the safety of vaccines are anti-science. In response to Maya Goldenberg comment ([link removed]) , Stone writes, "Goldenberg apparently has confidence that she knows something that this recalcitrant class does not, but as with the authors of the original article, it is not clear what body of evidence she is citing for the effectiveness and particularly the safety of the products - rather than acknowledge that they are industrial products and can go wrong."

Vaxxed II: The People’s Truth opened to over 100 theater screens nationwide, to an audience of over 11,000 viewers. Since then, theaters have shown the film to thousands more.
