Hi John,

Burnout – it’s real! You deserve self-care: nourishing and deep practices that reject corporate interests and the practices of capitalism and instead embrace sincerity, simplicity, and healing.

This is why I want to remind you that tomorrow is the last chance to register for our Rest and Resilience in the Face of Political and Pandemic Challenges, happening virtually this Thursday, July 14 from 12:00PM – 1:30PM PT!

Deadline: Tomorrow, July 12 at 5:00PM PT
If cost is an issue, please reach out to Andrew at [email protected]

Join us in this low-pressure, easy-to-attend workshop led by artist and activist Mariah Parker, where we’ll learn how to reclaim self-care as an act of resistance. Mariah will share some daily practices that can cultivate radical gratitude, rest as a journey, creating portals to care and other nourishing mindsets and activities that can be built into any schedule, on any budget, to evade burnout and foster political longevity.

Can't Make It? You can still register to get access to the recording after the event.

I can’t wait to relax and connect with you. See you there!

Cheers,
