John,

Andy Parker's ready to fight for all of us. Will you join him to create an unstoppable movement to fight gun violence?

As we have told you before, Andy Parker is an inspiration who has turned a tragedy into a life of activism to make us all safer.

You may remember the tragedy that befell his daughter, Alison Parker, in 2015. A TV reporter in Roanoke, VA, Alison was conducting a live interview when a crazed killer shot and murdered. Another senseless and preventable slaughter in America, but because of its sensational nature, it went viral.

Today Andy was invited along with others in the gun-violence-prevention movement to the White House to sign the first gun-safety legislation in nearly 30 years. It is far from perfect, but it closes the "dating" loophole, preventing violent stalkers from getting guns and finally gives us a law to fight gun trafficking nationally.

Can you please give $2, $5, $10 or whatever you can to Andy's Fight, SO HE CAN FIGHT FOR ALL OF US.

But he knows, like we do, that it isn't enough. So he is kicking off Andy's Fight, a SuperPAC that will be different from other gun-violence prevention groups in some VERY IMPORTANT WAYS:

1) Andy Isn't Playing Nice: He supports any legislation that saves lives, like that being signed today, but will not embark on an endless search for bipartisanship like so many gun groups. He cares about OUR LIVES. Andy won't tepidly call for reforms that are desperately needed--like a ban on assault rifles and high-capacity magazines that are killing our kids in school and our families everywhere from parades to grocery stores. He will scream it from the rooftops, tv stations, digital platforms, street protests, and, hell, maybe even outside of a Morton's while a coddled Kavanaugh munches down a steak flanked by private security.

2) Andy Will Take On Disinformation: Violent imagery, conspiracies and lies that are the fuel that inspire these killers MUST BE STOPPED. There are plenty of ways we can prevent much of it while still respecting the 1st Amendment.

So as, thankfully, we are today getting the first gun-safety legislation, Andy knows this isn't nearly enough. He will fight for reforms we must have, take on the politicians and corporate toadies who profiteer from gun violence and violent imagery online. They shall be given no quarter.

In honor of today's accomplishment at the White House, all that Andy did to make it happen and to bring about the changes WE NEED NOW, which will only come from those willing to fight anyone, anywhere, anytime... Can you please give $2, $5, $10 or whatever you can to Andy's Fight, SO HE CAN FIGHT FOR ALL OF US.

Thank you for doing all you can to make horrific gun violence a thing of the past in the near future.
