We’re already seeing the dire consequences of the end of Roe v. Wade in Indiana:

A federal judge just allowed a restrictive second-trimester abortion law banning a common procedure to take effect after blocking it in 2019. Any doctor who refuses to follow this anti-choice law could be charged with a felony and imprisoned for up to six years.

And the worst is yet to come. The Republican supermajority in the state legislature plans to have a special session before the end of the month to vote on what could be an outright abortion ban.

More than 3 million Hoosier women are counting on the Senate to pass federal abortion protections as soon as possible. Democrats can’t let them down.

That’s why it’s so important we expand the Senate majority so we can finally codify Roe v. Wade and stop Republican attacks on abortion access. I’m ready to be the pro-choice vote the Senate needs to make it happen, but first, we need to build a campaign with the strength to unseat Todd Young.

Could you chip in $10 or any amount you can to help us send Todd Young packing and project abortion access at the federal level?

Women in Indiana and across the country should always have the right to make their own personal healthcare decisions. Thank you for being part of a movement to ensure that right.
