We have a crisis of law enforcement staffing and a deficit of trust between communities and our public safety system. My P3 public safety plan is all about prioritizing violent crime and creating partnerships that can work with me to fill the gaps in our system.

We have what we need to meet this moment. We do not need any more extremist rhetoric. What we need is stronger leadership that prioritizes partnerships with all communities and who will keep the public and their safety at the top of their priority list.

My top priorities beginning on Day One are: Better policing, prosecuting violent crimes, and preventing crimes through early intervention and diversion.

As I criss-cross our county, talking with people from every walk of life, I’ve heard first-hand about many of the issues we're facing. As your next County Attorney I will continue to build partnerships with agencies, law enforcement, and community members to prioritize resources to keep our communities safe. I've made it a point to work with many of these stakeholders and have had those critical conversations in recent years.

I've made it my mission to form strong partnerships across industries and unite diverse coalitions as Majority Leader and that’s exactly what I'm going to keep doing as your next County Attorney.
