This is devastating: Ron DeSantis' anti-choice law just went into effect, severely restricting abortion with a consequence of possible jail time.
The worst part is, Ron DeSantis isn't done yet.
Now that Roe v. Wade has been overturned, Ron has already vowed to expand his law even further – which could mean a total ban on abortion with no exceptions.

Ron's laws take reproductive rights back to the 1960s. Starting today, many Floridians will have to travel to another state to find abortion care – if they can afford it. Survivors of abuse will be forced to carry pregnancies to term. Floridians will go to jail or face fines because a miscarriage was assumed to be an abortion.
The fact of the matter is this: Ron DeSantis just doesn't care about the consequences of his insane far-right agenda. That's why we just set an emergency goal to raise $50,000 before midnight, turn more voters against him and finally end his political career for good.
