Pete Buttigieg is currently running ads in Iowa attacking the idea of free college for all. He says we should “make college affordable for everybody” to avoid “turning off half the country” by making it free for every American.
Similarly, his health care plan — Medicare for All Who Want It — protects private insurance companies while denying subsidies for non-citizens.
