Distributor Returns due?July 18

Your June return and payment for Cigarette Tax or Tobacco Tax are due July 18.

If you are required to file the June accelerated payment, your June return is due by August 18. For more information, go to Accelerated Payment on our website.

Remember that you can file your return and pay any tax due electronically through e-Services.

Barcodes Added to Cigarette and Tobacco Tax Forms

The Minnesota Department of Revenue added barcodes to selected tax forms for easier processing. We did not make any other changes to the forms.

Please begin using these forms as soon as possible. Search for your Cigarette Tax or Tobacco Tax forms on our website.
