It’s Sherry and Sydney, Gretchen’s daughters. We wanted to reach out because our mom is in a toss-up race against radical opponents, and she needs our help before the big July 17 public fundraising deadline.
Our mom has inspired us to keep going when times get tough and never give up. She works hard every day for the people of Michigan – and we’re not just saying that because we’re her daughters!
Our mom saw the direction that the Supreme Court was taking Roe, and she knew she had to act immediately – so months ago, she filed a lawsuit directly with the Michigan Supreme Court to affirm the right to abortion and ensure Michigan’s 1931 ban never goes back into effect.
Like so many girls and women in Michigan, we look up to our mom for her strong leadership and her decisive actions to protect choice in our state.
