Americans have lost confidence in our right-wing Supreme Court, as 6 right-wing politicians in robes dismantle our Constitutional rights.
It’s time to reform the Supreme Court, including adopting a code of ethics, balancing the Court by adding new seats, and setting term limits.
The Supreme Court is supposed to provide a non-partisan check on the other branches of government. Instead, it has become extreme, and it must be checked for its overreach and corruption.
In just a few weeks, the Supreme Court went on a rampage, overturning Roe, upholding racial gerrymandering, and handcuffing our fight against climate change.
The conservative Republican supermajority on SCOTUS also makes record use of a “shadow docket”, deciding highly consequential cases without a written opinion.
They aren’t transparent and they aren’t accountable.
SCOTUS is legislating from the bench. It’s time to fight back.
