In a bombshell story reported by Rolling Stone this week, a right-wing evangelical activist with Liberty Counsel was caught on a hot mic saying she “prays with sitting justices inside the high court.” But even worse…the Republican majority cited the Liberty Counsel in their opinion overturning Roe.

In other words, reports Rolling Stone, sitting Supreme Court justices prayed with evangelical leaders whose bosses were bringing cases and arguments before the Court.

SIGN THE PETITION TO CONGRESS AND THE WHITE HOUSE: "This Supreme Court is increasingly facing a legitimacy crisis. Congress must consider Court reforms aimed at restoring the American people’s trust and confidence in the Supreme Court."

Access to Supreme Court justices should not earn activists leverage to help overturn fundamental rights like reproductive care.
