It’s time to reform the federal judiciary, starting with the Supreme Court. We’ve had enough of the attacks on Americans’ rights.
 
Women are under attack. LGBTQ+ Americans are under attack. Black and Brown voters are under attack. The culprit? The very institution charged with protecting the Constitutional rights of all Americans. It needs to stop.

Faith in the court has been shaken nationwide as cases on abortion, guns, and the environment have been decided on political grounds. Right-wing justices are serving big-money special interests and forsaking the American people.
 
No more dancing around, John. In order to stop the attacks on Americans’ rights, we need to:
  • Expand the Supreme Court.
  • Make term limits for Supreme Court justices.
  • Create a mandatory code of ethics for Supreme Court justices.
  • Force the court to disclose all dark-money lobbying.
  • Enact recusal standards to prevent conflicts of interest.
