Friend,

2022 may be halfway over, but the march towards progress never ends! The
IPN team has been working hard to provide resources and education to
Nevadans across the state on all sorts of issues, such as [ [link removed] ]public lands,
[ [link removed] ]climate justice, and [ [link removed] ]voter education. We have been trying to
designate Avi Kwa Ame into a national monument, bring more awareness to
the effects of climate change happening in our state, and give voters
vital information through our 2022 Voter Guide.

We know that things are extremely overwhelming right now. But we can make
one another stronger by joining together to uplift real people's voices.
One way you can start speaking up and speaking out is to join our Story
Bank Program, intern, or volunteer! We need your help to show those who
want power that real Nevadans are going through life-changing situations
that require solutions now. Countless Nevadans struggle with high
prescription drug costs, housing affordability, and air pollution
affecting their health.

Our storytellers come from all different walks of life and we’re proud to
share that one of our youngest storytellers,Tilli, recently testified in
front of the [ [link removed] ]Joint Interim Committees on Natural Resources and Health
and Human Services to talk about how the wildfires in Nevada have impacted
her and countless others.

We thank you for your continuous support and hope to see you become more
involved with our organization! Our Storybank Organizer, Brenda Rodriguez,
will be in touch!

Thank you,
