One of the most important things I do as a U.S. Representative is help people communicate with federal agencies. Recently, North Arkansas Regional Medical Center reached out to my office, and we were able to facilitate over $56,000 in backpay with more expected in the coming months. I am thankful to NARMC for the services they provide to our veterans. I was also proud to help the family of a three-war veteran who served in World War II, Korea, and Vietnam receive his medals posthumously.
