Dear John,
The Boundary Waters protection bill continues to move forward in congress. We just learned that Rep. Betty McCollum’s bill, The Boundary Waters Protection and Pollution Prevention Act, is being voted on in the House Committee on Natural Resources on Wednesday, July 13! This is the next step in the process before the bill goes for a floor vote and then on to the Senate.
We have an important opportunity to make Boundary Waters protections permanent - now is the time to contact your representative and tell them to support this critical legislation.
