Alice, a single mother with a one-year-old son, who has been moved onto
Universal Credit, a new and imperfect social security system, told us:
With the roll out of Universal Credit, 7 million families such as Alice’s will
need expert help and advice more than ever to stay afloat. A donation of £47 could fund an hour of our service

to case workers around the country.
