Dear John,

This week we announced a new initiative—the Pro-Life Community Promise—with some suggestions for commitments you can make. We’re hosting a webinar [[link removed]] on Monday, July 13, at 5:30 P.M. where you can learn more. For now, check out these concrete examples of how you might fulfill your promise.

Volunteer at a PRC: Pregnancy resource centers rely on community members for various tasks. Opportunities to help range from counseling and mentorship to grounds work and maintenance. Call your local PRC to find out how you can help.

Support people involved with foster care: Many organizations support children and parents in the foster care system. One organization we like is Every Child Oregon [[link removed]]. They provide material support for kids in foster care and run programs like Foster Parent Night Out to support resource parents.

Help your local ORTL chapter: ORTL chapters host tables at many fairs in the state. Volunteering with your local chapter allows you to have great conversations with your neighbors and connect with other pro-life advocates.

We can’t wait to see how you help transform Oregon!
