New leaders share their stories and inspire others to do the same. The 2022 NLC Convention theme, “Where Stories Become Action,” centers our personal experiences and how they can drive collective impact. To strengthen guests’ storytelling skills so they can advance the issues they care about, we’ll be joined by StoryCorps, The Civic Leadership Stories Project, and nation-wide authors including NLC alumni.

New leaders are continuously finding new ways to best serve people and planet. From healthcare to education, leadership to caregiving, NLC alumni and Convention speakers are catalyzing change in their communities.
