🚨Breaking news, John.
Last night, Senate Republicans rammed through a series of dangerous amendments at the eleventh hour, including a statewide ban on abortion and restrictive voter ID laws. Chip in to fight back →
While abortions in Pennsylvania remain safe and legal under Governor Tom Wolf, our GOP-controlled state legislature just came one step closer to banning abortion.
If SB 106 passes both chambers in the next session, the state constitutional amendment will go to voters as early as spring. This is the same playbook Republicans used to curtail Governor Wolf’s power to declare emergency orders and closures during coronavirus surges.
It’s clear that the GOP is attempting to bypass the governor’s veto powers by changing the state constitution so they can ban abortion without any exceptions. That’s why it’s critical to elect PA Democrats up and down the ballot this November to protect our right to choose in 2022.
The only way to protect the right to choose in the Commonwealth is to show up at the polls in droves and elect pro-choice leadership. Chip in any amount to our campaign so we can fight back and defend our fundamental freedoms →

Despite what out-of-touch GOP politicians believe, a majority of Pennsylvanians support keeping reproductive healthcare legal — not criminalizing it.
Thank you for standing up for reproductive freedom.
