Hello,
If you have a moment, I’d love to share a few exciting updates from the campaign trail.
Last week, one of my favorite musicians and good friend, Grace Potter, played an acoustic set to support this campaign. It was a fantastic evening, and I’m so grateful to the hundreds of Vermonters who showed up motivated to win.
Last Sunday, we joined Montpelier’s July 3rd Parade—their must-see event of the year. The weather was perfect, and our Montpelier volunteers and supporters came out and stepped up to give us a helping hand. Thanks again to everyone who participated and to everyone who took the time to talk to me about what matters most to them in this election. It’s the best part of running for office: listening, hearing what’s on folks’ minds, and then getting to work.
On Monday, I marched in Williston’s Fourth of July Parade with my friend Senator Bernie Sanders. I’m so grateful for his support throughout this campaign, and I’d be honored to continue to work side by side with him in the fight for Vermont’s working families and the future of this country.
This grassroots movement is why we’ve made it this far—and I’m so grateful. If you can, I hope you’ll consider making a $5 contribution to our campaign, so we can win this race and keep this seat—and the Senate—blue.
