Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner is calling on all 66 DAs across Pennsylvania
to join him in a vow to protect and support abortion rights by NOT
prosecuting against women who get an abortion.

That ask has made Larry enemy #1 for Republicans in the state who want to
see him and all the progress he has made in the city GONE.

Larry is no stranger to this fight. He’s been facing it since he was
elected by an overwhelming majority to bring about bold, progressive
change to the city.

But now, the attacks and attempts to impeach Larry will be more intense
than ever — yet Larry refuses to back down. That’s because he knows DAs
need to use their position to vigorously protect women and all birthing
people from prosecution.

Larry has stood his ground in this fight, not just to protect pregnant
people from prosecution if they seek an abortion, but to also defend
doctors, health care workers, and other allies in this fight. 

As the chief law enforcement officer of the city, he will hold anyone who
commits political violence “of the kind that has come out of extremist
anti-abortion activism in America over the last half-century” accountable.

THIS is the kind of leadership we need to see across the country from our
DAs. And with your help, we can protect pro-choice DAs like Larry and
elect even more prosecutors who are willing to step up to protect women
and other birthing people from prosecution.
