[ [link removed] ]Next week, President Biden makes his first official trip to Israel and
the Occupied Palestinian Territory as commander-in-chief -- an opportunity
to advance his vision for greater integration of Israel with other Middle
Eastern countries in pursuit of common interests. The trip is also an
opportunity for the president to reaffirm America's commitment to a
two-state solution and to securing equal measures of security, freedom,
opportunity and dignity for both Israelis and Palestinians. Important
questions surround the trip. How will this vision of regional integration
include, rather than exclude, Palestinians? Will the President affirm
America's historic opposition to occupation, settlement expansion and
creeping annexation? Former US Ambassador to Israel Dan Shapiro and former
Member of Knesset Ksenia Svetlova join us to preview Biden’s trip and
discuss how a trip of this nature can advance the US commitment to
democracy and peace. Register to join our conversation on Tuesday, July 12
at 2pm Eastern [ [link removed] ]We will be joined by Former United States Ambassador to
Israel Dan Shapiro and Member of the 20th Knesset Ksenia Svetlova. This
conversation will be moderated by J Street Chief of Staff Adina
   Vogel-Ayalon.

Israel to be secure, democratic and the national home of the Jewish people.
Working in American politics and the Jewish community, we advocate policies that
advance shared US and Israeli interests as well as Jewish and democratic values,
leading to a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
