We wanted to give you an update on our end-of-quarter online fundraising efforts last week. Unfortunately, we fell a few thousand dollars short of our $420,000 goal. Let us explain why it’s critical that we make up that difference and then some:
Today marks just four months until Election Day in November. And between now and then, we are supporting candidates in critical primaries in more than a dozen states.
That puts us on a tight timeline to launch as many phone and text banks, digital ads, and voter mobilization efforts as possible in order to elect WFP champions and pass a working people’s agenda. But running programs this large and important takes a lot of resources, and we know that corporate PACs and billionaire donors are going all out to try and stop us.
That’s why today, we’re asking: Can you make your first donation of $3 today so we can close this gap and power more WFP champions to victory?

As a political party, our power lies in elections.
Our members, volunteers, and activists across the country are fighting to create a Working Families majority in Congress — that means electing more working people to the House and sending enough candidates to the Senate to end the filibuster by winning key races in states like Wisconsin.
We can defend abortion access, protect our planet, and elect more representatives accountable to working people and not corporate donors. But we can only do this if we expand our voter mobilization efforts immediately.
