The right of the People to Free and Fair elections guarantees that “The People” elect their representatives on the basis of fair campaign practices that do not prevent or coerce an individual from voting in any particular way.
Every since the Citizens United ruling which deregulated campaign finance law to allow corporations, nonprofit corporations, labor unions, and other associations to spend unlimited amounts of dark money financially coercing voters, drowning out the truth, and ultimately controlling the outcome of the election.
I think it's fair to say, our Elections have become everything but Free and Fair!
It has been 5 years since I won the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate in Alabama to much surprise of the Washington elites who vigorously opposed me in the primary. It was the only election in the Country and just one year after Donald Trump was elected president, Senate Democrats were determined to stop me at all costs.
Democrats amassed and spent a whopping $25 million opposing my candidacy. One mysterious Super PAC raised and spent $6 million in just 30 days with the sole intent of disseminating false information to voters that allegedly dated back 40 years, without one shred of evidence. Highway 31 even went as far to tell voters that their “vote would be made public” if they voted for me.
With insufficient funds to contend with billionaires such as George Soros and Donald Sussman, I ultimately “lost” the election and the over 600,000 Alabama voters who voted for me were disenfranchised— I have not forgotten, and neither have they!
I promised my supporters that I would pursue every legal remedy available to hold these individuals accountable and thanks to many of you, for the past 5 years I have done just that!
In January of this year, we were finally able to get my false accuser in a jury trial in the most liberal county in Alabama, and WON!
But, the accuser was just a tool in the grand scheme of things. The real perpetrators of this injustice were the Super PAC’s that were formed with the sole intent to confuse and coerce voters into not voting for me.
** I sued the individuals behind the cabal but their liberal attorneys have dragged this case out with hopes of financially draining me or until I give up. Thanks to loyal patriots like yourself, their day of reckoning is fast approaching!

In just 30 days, on August 8, we will take the Senate Majority PAC and Waterfront strategies which organized and funded Hwy 31 to trial.
These two political organizations account for the majority of Democratic spending. A win will be a devastating blow to democrats and cripple their chances of repeating this injustice in the midterm elections.
However, I must tell you, the odds are against me. One candidate with little funding suing some of the most wealthy organizations in the Country and winning isn’t likely for success.
But as I look back on my career, my chances of success were never “likely” and I never had the funds to contend with the establishment elites. My success has come only from God’s divine providence and FAITH!
