Following a devastating series of Supreme Court rulings in limiting the federal government's authority over greenhouse gas emissions, overturning the constitutional right to abortion, and undermining the sovereignty of tribal land, we know local elections matter most to secure bold climate action, protect reproductive rights, and uphold tribal sovereignty in our own state. Next week, ballots will be mailed to registered voters for the August Primary and we are gearing up to get out the vote for environmental and social justice champions.

Join us virtually on Monday, July 11th to kick-off this election season! You will learn about this year's priority races and endorsed candidates with WCV's Political and Civic Engagement Manager, Tony Ivey. We will also hear from candidates Sharlett Mena in LD 29 and Senator Emily Randall in LD 26 about their campaigns running for state office and how you can get involved to help them get elected.
