Nottingham Beach is back, with a bigger beach area

Nottingham beach and Riverside festival cancelled for 2020

I am excited that our fantastic Nottingham Beach will be returning this year for everybody to enjoy over the Summer holidays.

It will be open every day in Old Market Square from Monday 25 July to Sunday 4 September.

We have made the sand and pool area even bigger this year and access to the Beach is free, plus there will be lots of free entertainment including salsa, open mic night and live music at the weekend. However, some of the attractions at the event will incur a ticket cost, including the bungee trampolines, Crazy Frog ride and the Star-flyer.

New for 2022 is a new Giant Slip ?n Slide attraction, comprising two giant waterslides, including the largest inflatable urban waterslide in the UK at 55m long.

Visitors will require a ticket to enjoy the Slip ?n Slide area but Nottingham residents can get a discount on tickets.
