Politico 7/6/22 John, Senator Lindsey Graham has been subpoenaed by a Grand Jury in the liberal bastion of Fulton County, Georgia. It's a county where Joe Biden beat President Trump 72%-26%. Senator Graham is preparing to fight back and needs your help. Yes, the subpoena is outrageous and absurd, but it's nothing to be surprised about. As the Senator's legal counsel has indicated, Graham "is neither a subject nor target of the investigation, simply a witness." What's happening in Fulton County is a fishing expedition...and all politics. It's not a rumor. It's not an allegation. It is a FACT that Fulton County, Georgia, and the January 6 Committee in Washington are working together. Even the Atlanta Journal-Constitution (hardly a friend to Georgia conservatives) has written about the close ties between the two. And as we have repeatedly seen, any information about President Trump will be published and presented by the January 6 Committee in Washington – a panel hand-picked by Speaker Nancy Pelosi – in the most negative light. All the while, the chance to cross-examine witnesses or present information favorable to President Trump is buried and never sees the light of day. Is that fair? Is that right? Absolutely not. It's one reason Senator Graham plans to go to court and challenge this Fulton County subpoena. While we expect to win this fight, we all know that the fight will not be easy – and the attacks will continue. John, Senator Graham is counting on you to stand with him.
