Dear friend,
As you may have seen, DACA is once again in court -- and it's causing instability and uncertainty for tens of thousands of dreamers. When President Obama signed DACA into law, it was an important step towards protecting immigrant families, but it was never supposed to be the end.
That's why I'm a proud advocate for a pathway to citizenship for dreamers, TPS recipients, farmworkers, and essential workers. It's the real, permanent solution that immigrants need and deserve.
And I won't stop fighting for it. I’m proud to stand with immigrants, unions, and my colleagues in Congress and call on the Senate to continue to work until we keep our promise and deliver a pathway to citizenship.
Together, we’re building a movement of immigrants and allies ready to fight for these essential protections. Will you join us in sending a clear message that we can’t let this ruling stop us? [[link removed]]

When Democrats won the House, the Senate, and the White House, we made a promise, and now, it's time to deliver. Millions of immigrants are counting on us to fight for them – like we said we would. Will you stand with me as I continue to fight for permanent solutions, including a pathway to citizenship? [[link removed]]
Together, we can make real change. Let's get it done.
Thanks, Nydia
