It’s not an exaggeration to say this is the most important election of our lifetimes. When you look at the stakes, it’s true. In this election, so much of what we value is on the ballot:

- The right to affordable health care, including safe and legal abortion
- The right to a quality education for every child in Maine, regardless of their zip code
- The right to clean air and clean water, unspoiled by climate change
- The right and freedom to love who you want, without fear or discrimination
- And the right to economic opportunity – to be able to work hard at a rewarding and good-paying job that supports your family and allows you to put your child to bed at night, clothed, fed, and safe from harm
