Hi John,

I wanted to take a moment and give you a quick update from the campaign trail, and thank everyone who worked so hard over the past couple of months to help us secure a spot on the November ballot here in CA-41.

I know it’s been a difficult time for our country, but I want you to know that this campaign remains committed to holding extremists accountable and fighting for our shared values – an economy that works for the middle class, affordable and accessible health care, reproductive rights, responsible gun laws, and a clean environment.

Below are a few recent highlights from the trail. I hope you enjoy the photos, and if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to respond to this email directly.

Thanks,

Will

Last week, the team and I celebrated our nation’s independence at Corona’s Main Street Parade. It was great to meet new voters and share our vision for CA-41.

Last week, my partner and I had the chance to meet and speak with Senator Cory Booker. We’re thankful for his leadership in fighting for equal justice. As a personal aside, I admire his commitment to the kind of dad jokes that I’m always trying to land.

I had a blast meeting local Democrats at an event hosted by Tony Hoyt, Mark Daniels, Janet Haire, and Maggie Cahill in Palm Springs. We discussed a range of issues and attendees had a lot of great questions. If you're interested in hosting a house party or an event, respond to this email to let us know.

It was my honor to stand with so many across CA-41 who stood up for commonsense gun reform over the last few weeks. Your enthusiasm and resolve will not go unnoticed.

If we haven't yet, I hope we get the chance to meet on the campaign trail. The support we have received has been humbling, and it gives me the confidence that we can take on the challenge of flipping this seat.

Thanks again for all that you do,

Will
